The mission of IPA Ponimanie is to create conditions for upbringing the socially mature and creative person, which is capable of development and self-development.

Among the aims of IPA Ponimanie - the work with the teenagers of risk groups, inmates of the boarding schools; elimination of socio-psychological manifestations of deprivation.

Our values - the family, respect of the rights of children, trust, responsibility.

We create the positive environment and involve new people in it. We consider the influence of the environment to be the key factor along with the personal motivation in the forming of a successfully socialized person.

The site is created not only to advertise the achievements of Ponimanie, but in the first place to share the technologies which have been created by Ponimanie with all the representatives of civil society, especially the beginners. We believe that free access to information on our projects is our modest contribution to establishment and development of a civil society in Belarus.
